Jos Biviano Hello! My name is Jos Biviano and I am an artist living in Richmond, Virginia.

I received my Bachelor of Arts from the Virginia Military Institute in 1979, and subsequently entered military service where I traveled and experienced the world. After military service, I returned to school to study environmental design at Arizona State University, eventually leading to my Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

From an early age, I was fascinated by climate, weather and atmosphere and its effects upon the landscape. As a member of the Hudson River School, my work glorifies Nature.
